Admission Process

Admission to the MSc Applied Mathematics programme is through a combination of academic merit and entrance examination scores.

Step 1 — Check Eligibility

Confirm you meet the academic qualifications: BSc (Mathematics) or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST).

Step 2 — Fill Online Application

Complete the application form at this portal with all required documents — marksheets, photo, signature, and certificates.

Step 3 — Entrance Examination

Appear for the DAVV entrance test (or submit valid GATE / CUET PG scores as applicable).

Step 4 — Merit List & Counselling

A combined merit list is prepared. Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification and counselling.

Step 5 — Fee Payment & Joining

Pay the programme fee, collect your student ID, and join on the designated date. Welcome to IET DAVV!
